Dance Audition Dance Audition Dance auditions will be held in person at North Springs HS sometime in the spring semester. Please RSVP to the Dance Dept. teacher, Ms. Noble (NobleM@fultochools.org) which of the following options you prefer: 1. Attend the in person audition and meet other incoming freshman and the dance teachers and get a chance to try a class and see what level dance classes to be placed in August. 2. (OR) Send a video of yourself dancing to be considered for a class higher than beginner level because you can’t make the in-person audition. 3. (OR) Just sign me up for Dance Magnet program and make sure I am placed in my two Magnet Dance classes. Dance Auditions are for placement purposes only and not acceptance to NS Dance Magnet. All students will be accepted, we just need to see if a student should be beginner, intermediate, or Company class. The class will last about an hour and students will do a warmup then a Jazz and Contemporary sequence. We have a dress code of black leotards or exercise tanks with black tights or leggings. Please be on time and we look forward to meeting you! If you cannot audition, please contact Ms. Noble, and let them her so they can make sure you are placed in the beginning Magnet class and not the general elective dance class. Videos can also be sent if you want to be considered for a higher-level dance class. Submission date and format will be posted at a later time.
